Neuropsychological Evaluation

Most neuropsychological tests are individually administered.

The Center for Pediatric Neuropsychology offers specialized, in depth neuropsychological evaluations of toddlers, children, and adolescents with a variety of neurological, medical, and neurodevelopmental conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Epilepsy
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Hydrocephalus
  • Genetic Syndromes
  • Learning Disability
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Developmental Delay
  • ADHD
  • Metabolic & Neurodegenerative Disorders
  • Depression and Anxiety
  • Behavior Problems

A neuropsychological evaluation is often able to identify long-term effects of events including:

  • Birth Trauma
  • Cancer, Chemotherapy and Radiation
  • Low Birth Weight/Prematurity
  • Prenatal Exposure to Drugs and/or Alcohol
  • Early Environmental Deprivation
