Dr. Kelderman is board certified in clinical neuropsychology and pediatric neuropsychology. She is a licensed psychologist in Florida, Iowa and Cayman Islands. She received extensive, focused training in the Midwest. She is board certified in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and a member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology. This means Dr. Kelderman has undergone the highest level of examination by her peers and demonstrated excellence in her field. Dr. Kelderman’s clinical practice consists exclusively of pediatric neuropsychological evaluations and represents years of specialization within that field.

The Center for Pediatric Neuropsychology is pleased to welcome Dr. Brenda R. Romagnoli to our team. Dr. Romagnoli has specialized training and experience in the field of pediatric neuropsychology. She has conducted evaluations and therapeutic interventions with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of neurodevelopmental, medical, and genetic conditions. She specializes in English-Spanish bilingual neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Romagnoli will begin serving families at The Center for Pediatric Neuropsychology in October 2023.

In addition to working with families, Dr. Honsberger provides consultation services to schools. She has extensive experience training school staff (including teachers, paraprofessionals, and administration) in specific techniques and strategies to support positive behaviors in the classroom, enhancing academic participation and achievement, and help students develop social skills.
Dr. Honsberger’s research focus includes parent training and developing targeted interventions for individuals with Autism. Her work is published in peer-reviewed journals and has been presented at state, national, and international conferences. Dr. Honsberger is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their goals and succeed in all areas of life.

Barbara is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She has worked with children and adolescents across a variety of settings in Wisconsin, Connecticut, and Florida. Barbara has extensive training and experience administering and scoring standardized test batteries assessing cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, and emotional status in order to assist neuropsychologists in treatment decisions.

Karla Martinez Ochoa comes to CPN with experience working with a diverse population in the fields of behavioral and mental health. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, Karla has worked alongside psychologists and psychiatrists providing live interpretations during practitioner-patient interactions in a variety of settings. Karla holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology and recently began a specialist level degree program in School Psychology. She is uniquely positioned to apply her knowledge in forensic psychology and school psychology to support monolingual and bilingual children and adolescents. Karla is an active member of the community and has held membership and positions in the advisory board of various non-profit organizations including Best Buddies and Owls Speak up for Kids.

Amanda comes to CPN having worked in mental health and social services, focusing on children and adolescents. She has worked in various roles including counseling at adolescent inpatient and substance abuse treatment facilities as well as therapeutic foster homes. She is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges to reach their full potential through combining professional expertise with warmth and empathy. Amanda was a member of the University of Central Florida’s National Honor Society, involved in philanthropic work for the Seminole County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) chapter, and is an alumna of Kappa Alpha Theta.
